We, Atelier Rosey, make the most unique Jewelry by hand. Did your jewelry come in and still not quite as expected? We are happy to assist you.
- We accept all returns within 14 days of delivery.
- The Jewels must be unworn and in original condition.
- Due to Hygiene, we cannot accept returns for Ear Jewelry.
Please note that custom Jewelry, engraved Jewelry or sale items are not eligible for a refund.
HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN
- Register your exchange or return by email: email@example.com with an explanation of the reason for the return.
- Put back all items in original packaging.
- Return Package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not hold responsibility for the loss of a return or exchange package. We always recommend to use a postal service with a tracking code and insurance

Refunds will be processed via the original payment. If your items are approved by our Atelier Rosey care team, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
